I will pay using PayPal online and I will send my PayPal payment to pawsatively@hotmail.com. I also undertand that I need to include $2.50 per dog, per show to my payment.
I will use the webstore offered on this website. I understand that I need to pick the appropriate amounts and add the $2.50 online entry processing fee for each dog and each show I enter.
*Total amount to be submitted for entry fees and processing fees for this dog AGREEMENT:
I (we ) agree that the club holding this event has the right to refuse this entry for cause which the club shall deem sufficient. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and the holding of this event and the opportunity to have the dog judged and to win prizes, ribbons, or trophies, I (we ) agree to hold the AKC, the event giving club, their members, directors, govenors, officers, agents, superintendents or event secretary and the owner and/or lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are necessary to hold this event and any employees or volunteers of the aforementioned parties, and any AKC approved judge, judging at this event, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I ( we ) personally assume all responsibilty and liabilty for any such claim; and I ( we ) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss, injury or damage by this dog.
Additionally. I ( we ) hereby assume the sole resposibilty for and agree to indemnify, defend and save the aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expense ( including legal fees ) by reason of the liabilty imosed by law upon any of the afoementioned parties for damage becasue of bodily injuries, including death at any time \resulting therefrom, sustained by any person or persons, including myself ( ourselves ) or on account of damage to property, arising out of or in consequence of my ( our ) participation in this event, however such injuries, death or property damage may have been caused or may be alleged to have been caused by negligence of the aforementiuoned parties or any of their employees, agents, or any other persons.
I ( we ) agree that any casue of action, controversy or claim arisinfg out of or related to the entry, exhibition or atttendance at he event between the AKC and the event giving club ( unless otherwise stated in it's premium list ) myself ( ourselves ) or as to the construction, interpretation and effect of this agreement shall be settled by arbitraion pursuant to the applicable rules of the American Arbitraion Association. However, prior to arbitration all applicable AKC bylaws, rules, regulations and procedures must first be followed as set forth in the AKC charter and bylaws, rules, regulations, published policies and guidelines.

( If you are entering conformation only, but not any Obedience or Rally classes you still must put "none" in the drop down menu options. )

Payment for online entry will be only offered through the aforementioned options at this time.
You do NOT NEED a PayPal account to use PayPal.
You may use any credit/debit card through PayPal.
Email entry fee PayPal payments to pawsatively@elpasotel.net OR pawsatively@hotmail.com .

You must add a processing fee of $2.50 for each dog entered in addition to the required entry fee(s).

When making entry payment at PayPal, please list in the message
your dogs registration number, breed and Owner's Name.
Otherwise I may not be able to match up your payment with your entry.

If you wish an email confirmation of your entry please be sure to include your email address on the entry form page.

WHEN YOU CLICK ON THE SUBMIT BUTTON YOU WILL BE REDIRECTED BACK TO THE HOME PAGE.
YOU CAN THEN CLICK ON THE PayPal LINK TO PROCEED TO PAYMENT or use the WEB STORE in the menu at the top of the page.
